There are 3 elements necessary in order to meet your raw food needs:

  1. Equipment: Let’s face it, not all of us like to spend hours preparing food in the kitchen and if there are easier or faster ways that can help speed up the process of meal planning, most of us listen eagerly to find out how.

Now, this doesn’t mean that you have to do a complete kitchen overhaul. Simply incorporate some or all of the kitchen tips that I will be sharing with you to help save you time and keep you organized.

  3. Food: The raw food lifestyle is not difficult to learn yet there may be some foods that might be foreign to you. You might be asking yourself spirulina, chlorella, Irish moss ... what are they?
