Basic Green Juice

Here is a simple green vegetable juice you can try if you have never made green vegetable juice before. Quick and easy!



1 cucmber
2 celery stalks
2 cups of spinach (packed) or 2 leaves of kale or 1 cup of sunflower sprouts
1/2 lemon
1-2 apples (depending on how sweet you like it)


If you have juicer you can juice all the ingredients. If you don't have a juicer, put all the ingredients in a blender with about 1 cup of water and blend for 1-2 minutes. Stain and enjoy!
