[images[1].jpg]The toughest part of my journey was trying to find a raw substitution for some things. But with a little bit of persistence anything is possible.

The following recipe was inspired by both Andre Rzazewski and Maggie Diubaldo but I'm still unsure who the original creator of this recipe is, but I do have my suspicions. Instead of using a frying pan I decided to use a dehydrator not a bad idea. I also added a banana because I just love them. Pretty tasty!

Ingredients

1/4 cup organic oats (flakes)
1 table spoon natural crunchy peanut butter or raw almond butter
1 scoop of hemp protein or rice protein (vanilla or chocolate)
1 banana1 tsp (or more) Cinnamon 1 tsp - 1 tbls of Agave or 1/8 tsp of Stevia (optional)
pinch of Cayenne pepper (optional)
Just enough water to make a paste

Directions:

Place all ingredients in a food processor (or blender). Process and add water a bit at a time until you get a cookie dough like consistency. Remove and roll into a ball and flatten on a dehydrator sheet. Place in the dehydrator over night at 118 degrees. You may have to flip them over if the bottom of the cookies are still moist and dehydrate for a bit longer. Alternatively if you do not have a dehydrator use a non-stick pan with a bit of coconut butter (oil) until desired consistency is reachedder).
